Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

 

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery time

After processing, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can extend these timeframes.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.
