Our 60-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind what we sell. Use Muva for up to 60 days from the day it arrives. If your heels are not visibly better, or you are not happy with it for any reason, tell us and we refund you in full.
You keep the product. There is nothing to send back, no restocking fee, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
How to claim it
Contact us with your order number and one line about why. We reply within 1 business day and issue the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, and you do not need to return the original.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the 60-day guarantee above applies.
Limits
The guarantee covers one device per customer. Replacement roller heads bought separately are covered by the damaged-or-incorrect terms above.
